Liv Morgan revealed in a recent interview that the goal of her segment with Stephanie Vaquer on the latest episode of WWE RAW was not to end with her in tears, explaining that it happened by accident.
The former Women’s World Champion said that a speck of dust kicked up at the exact moment Vaquer was speaking and went straight into her eye, causing it to water.
Morgan shared the details during an appearance on Going Ringside, where she stated:
“Thank goodness I had Daddy Dom there to translate for me, which honestly hurt even more hearing those words in Dominik’s voice. But to be completely real, I don’t know if it showed on camera, but a huge piece of dust flew directly into my eye. It was a massive particle that got in and I was like, wow. It looked like I was crying because of what she was saying, but really that big chunk of dust just hit me right in the face.”
The rivalry between Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer has intensified in recent weeks, as Morgan has yet to decide who her opponent will be at WrestleMania 42, with the choice potentially coming down to the Chilean star or Jade Cargill.
This uncertainty has led to several heated confrontations, including an in-ring altercation a few weeks ago when Vaquer slapped Dominik Mysterio across the face.
